Cranberry Salsa


CRANBERRY SALSA

12 oz. package fresh cranberries
3/4 C sugar
1 medium jalapeno (remove seeds)
1 green onion
1-2 T fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 tsp cumin
8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Put all ingredients except cream cheese in food processor (or blender). Process until coarsely chopped. Store in fridge overnight to allow flavor to blend. Serve over cream cheese. Inhale with crackers.
