Bacon Razz-Apple Salad

Bacon Razz-Apple Salad

dressing:
1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 cup canola oil

Mix with spring mix and spinach, slivered almonds (optionally carmelized), peeled and sliced crisp apple, mozzerella cheese, and fried bacon.
