Spinach Salad

Spinach Salad

2 bags of spinach (or however much you want)
2 c. water chestnuts, sliced very thin (I didn't add these because I don't really like them...)
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 large onion, sliced in rings
1 c. bean sprouts
real bacon bits
mushrooms


Directions:
Put everything together in a bowl.


Dressing:
1 c. oil (I used Canola because I discovered when I made it last time, I discovered that I don't like the taste of Olive Oil)
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp salt
1/3 c. ketchup
sesame seeds


Directions:
Mix all but the sesame seeds into a blender. Pour over salad just before serving. Sprinkle with seeds and toss.
*Note: This recipe makes extra dressing, so you probably won't use all of it. But, according to my sister-in-law, it's really good on other salads also.
