Tortellini Summer Salad

16 oz. frozen cheese filled tortellini-cooked
1 medium zucchini, sliced thin
1 large carrot, sliced thin
1 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
4 green onion, thinly sliced
3/4-1 cup cut up meat (salami, ham, cooked chicken)
Ranch dressing- enough to cover ingredients
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Prepare tortellini according to package directions and drain and run cold water
to stop cooking and place in bowl. Follow the rest of the recipe and chill at least
30 minutes.
